A full-bleed architectural photograph anchors the page, overlaid with bold serif typography and a navy-to-transparent gradient. The "Arizona's Premier Luxury Real Estate" headline establishes market authority before the visitor even scrolls. A stats bar with $2.1B+ in sales and 350+ homes sold builds immediate credibility.

The featured listings section uses a clean 3-column card grid with full-bleed property photography, hover zoom effects, and listing tags (Featured, New Listing, Price Reduced).
